Because the standard is written as prose, the PDF Association publishes the Matterhorn Protocol 1.1, which turns it into 137 specific, testable checks. Each row shows the requirement, its ISO clause as the authority, and the Matterhorn number for cross-reference. Every result names the evidence it came from — if it says something passed, a validator confirmed it on your file.
